Delivery

Order by 2pm Monday to Friday and we’ll post it the same day. Orders after 2pm or at the weekend go out the next working day.

Need it for a date? Add a note at checkout and we’ll send it tracked (orders over €50). We post with An Post. Around Black Friday and Christmas, please allow a few extra days. We don’t deliver on Saturdays.

Changed your mind? Returns are easy

• You have 14 days from the day your parcel arrives to let us know you’d like to return something. Just email sassy@sassydresses.ie or call 086 668 2323 with your order number.
• You then have a further 14 days to post it back.
• This includes sale items. Same rules, full price or not.
• We refund the item and your original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of getting your return. If you chose a faster delivery option, we refund the standard rate only.
• Return postage is paid by you. The cheapest way is a prepaid An Post returns bag, about €6. Please use a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
• Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with.

Please try items on as you would in a fitting room. Keep the labels on, and avoid make-up, fake tan, perfume and smoke. If an item comes back worn or marked, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Exchanges

Wrong size? We’ll swap it for a different size or colour of the same item, if we have it. Send it back as above, mention you’d like an exchange, and we’ll post the new one free once it arrives. Each item can be exchanged once. If your size is gone, we’ll refund you instead.

Faulty or wrong item

Sorry! Email us as soon as you spot the problem with your name, order number and a photo. We’ll replace, repair or refund it, and we cover the postage both ways. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.

UK returns

Please mark the customs form as “Returned goods” with the item value, so you aren’t charged import fees.

Bought in our shop?

The 14-day cooling-off period applies to online orders only. Items bought in the shop can be exchanged or swapped for a credit note within 14 days, unless faulty.
